The air source heat pump unit uses the endless energy contained in the air.
In winter, the heat pump uses refrigerant as the heat medium to absorb heat energy in the air (heat exchange is connected in the middle of the evaporator). The heat energy at the low temperature level is raised to the heat energy at the high temperature level by the compressor. The circulating water of the heating system increases the temperature of the room, so that the heat energy that cannot be directly used can be regenerated into heat energy that can be directly used. Only a small amount of electric energy is consumed, so that the heat can flow from low temperature to high temperature. Summer is the reverse process of winter.
As a renewable energy, air is an inexhaustible natural resource. Heat pumps use renewable energy - air energy, supplemented by clean energy - electric energy. There is no pollution in operation. They are green environmental protection equipment that the country vigorously promotes the development and use of renewable energy. At present, most of the "coal to electricity" projects in northern China use air source heat pump units for heating.
The STS series of air source heat pumps independently developed and produced by Kcalin Heat Pump Technology Co., Ltd., its technical core is the "STS" continuous heating technology, which uses the principle of time-space division system technology to solve the industrial technical problem of "frosting and defrosting", and realizes the "frost free" continuous heating of air source heat pumps in severe environments such as frost areas and low temperatures.
Kcalin commercial modular low temperature air source heat pump unit is one of the STS air source heat pump central heating (cooling) series products. The product uses a scroll compressor as the driving force of the heat pump thermodynamic system. The combination of STS invention patent technology and AI intelligent defrosting technology has overcome the chronic problem of the current air source heat pump "reverse defrosting" technology, realized the industry dream of efficient, continuous and stable heating of heat pump units, and can ensure good heating effect for users.
According to the test of a third party in China, the refrigeration energy efficiency values of this series of Kcalin air source heat pump units under standard conditions in summer are higher than the first level energy efficiency standard (3.4) of China, and the seasonal energy efficiency ratio (IPLV) value of winter refrigeration is 20% higher than the first level energy efficiency standard (3.0) of China; In addition, the experiment proves that the defrosting heat consumption of this series of units can be saved by more than 25% when working in the frost area.
Under the national low ambient temperature standard working condition (dry bulb - 12 ℃/wet bulb - 14 ℃), the measured output of each compressor of this series of units is up to 2.3 (kW/P), 30% - 50% higher than that of peers, indicating that this series of STS air source heat pumps have very strong low-temperature heating capacity.
As Kcalin STS series air source heat pump unit has a strong low-temperature heating capacity, its heat generation rate under low ambient temperature international working condition (dry bulb - 12 ℃/wet bulb - 14 ℃) and international working condition (dry bulb 7 ℃/wet bulb 6 ℃) is about 30%. The current situation of the industry in China is that the decay rate is 45% - 55%, which shows that the decay rate of this series of heat pump units in winter is significantly reduced.
Operating temperature range of Kcalin STS series units: - 25-43 ℃; The unit is equipped with multiple protection controls, and can operate safely and reliably above - 25 ℃ outdoor ambient temperature; It can be widely used in industrial and commercial refrigeration and heating projects in the Yangtze River and Yellow River basins and most of North China.
During defrosting, the suction and discharge pressure of the compressor changes little, which ensures the continuous and stable operation of the compressor and greatly improves the reliability and operating life of the unit.
The STS time-space division multi fan strategy is adopted, so the overall noise of the unit can be well controlled. The noise is less than 65Db (A), and there is no high and low pressure impact sound generated by reversing.
