Date:2023-08-18 13:54:40

In the process of coal mining, the phenomenon of exhaust air is a common phenomenon, but with the improvement of energy and environmental awareness, the coal mine exhaust air heat pump system as an efficient energy recovery solution is gradually receiving attention.

Equipment composition of coal mine exhaust air heat pump system

Air source part: The air source part is an important component of the coal mine exhaust air heat pump system, which obtains exhaust air from the ventilation system of the coal mine. Usually, it includes equipment such as fans, ducts, filters, etc. to ensure that the air obtained from the outside is clean and stable.

Evaporator: The evaporator is a key component in the heat pump system, used to convert the heat absorbed from the coal mine exhaust air into the evaporation heat of the heating medium. By exchanging heat with the heating medium in the evaporator, energy transfer is achieved.

Compressor: The compressor is the "heart" of a heat pump system, which compresses the heating medium in the evaporator into high-temperature and high-pressure gas, increasing its temperature and making it suitable for heating.

Condenser: The condenser is used to transfer the heat released from high-temperature and high-pressure heating medium to the heating system or hot water system, causing the heating medium to condense into a liquid, and the heat released is recycled.

Expansion valve: The expansion valve is a key component that expands the condensed liquid heating medium into a low-temperature and low-pressure system, allowing it to return to the evaporator, reabsorb heat, and cycle back and forth.

Equipment composition and working principle of coal mine exhaust air heat pump system

The working principle of the coal mine exhaust air heat pump system is based on the principle of heat pump cycle. It extracts heat from the exhaust air, and through the phase change process of the heating medium, the low-temperature heat is raised and transferred to the indoor heating system. The following are the work steps:

Exhaust air collection and filtration: The system absorbs coal mine exhaust air into the air source through a fan, and purifies it through a filter to ensure the quality of the air entering the system.

Evaporator heat absorption: The filtered exhaust air comes into contact with the heating medium inside the evaporator, which evaporates from a liquid state to a gaseous state, absorbing heat from the exhaust air, thereby increasing the temperature of the heating medium.

Compression heating: The compressor compresses the gaseous heating medium into high-temperature and high-pressure gas, further increasing its temperature.

Condensation heat release: The high-temperature and high-pressure gas heating medium contacts with the cold medium in the heating system in the condenser, releasing heat, and the heating medium changes from a gaseous state to a liquid state.

Expansion refrigeration: The heating medium expands through an expansion valve, causing a decrease in temperature and pressure, becoming a low-temperature and low-pressure liquid heating medium, which enters the evaporator and reabsorbs heat.

Recurrent: The above steps are repeated continuously, continuously transferring the heat absorbed from the exhaust air to the heating system, providing efficient and stable heating for the coal mine.

The coal mine exhaust heat pump system, as an innovative way of energy recycling, extracts heat from the exhaust air and converts it into efficient heating energy, bringing new application prospects to the coal mine industry. Through reasonable equipment composition and working principles, the coal mine exhaust air heat pump system can achieve efficient energy utilization, reduce energy waste, and also contribute to environmental protection. With the continuous development and promotion of technology, it is believed that the coal mine exhaust air heat pump system will play an increasingly important role in the coal mining industry.
