Recovery and utilization of exhaust heat from exhaust air heat pumps in mine heating equipment

Date:2023-05-19 09:58:38

The mine heating equipment is a heating system specifically designed for the mine environment, with exhaust air heat pump and exhaust air waste heat recovery and utilization being the two key parts of the system.

Exhaust air heat pump:

The exhaust heat pump is a heat pump system that utilizes the low-temperature heat energy from the mine exhaust for heating. In the mine, the exhaust air of the mine is affected by geothermal energy, which contains a large amount of low-grade heat energy. The Kcalin mine exhaust air waste heat recovery heat pump module unit operates based on the "reverse Carnot" principle, using refrigerant as the carrier to continuously transport the heat from the exhaust air to the heating side, to meet the needs of users in terms of daily heating.

Recovery and utilization of exhaust heat from exhaust air heat pumps in mine heating equipment

The working principle of the exhaust heat pump is similar to that of traditional heat pumps, mainly including components such as compressors, heat exchangers, and expansion valves. Through the operation of the compressor, the low-temperature heat energy in the exhaust air is raised to a higher temperature, and then heat is exchanged with the high-temperature water source through a heat exchanger to transfer the heat to the water source. After cyclic operation, the heat energy in the exhaust air can be recycled and utilized to achieve heating purposes. The exhaust heat pump has the characteristics of energy conservation and environmental protection, which can effectively reduce energy consumption and wastewater discharge, and improve energy utilization efficiency.

Waste heat recovery and utilization of exhaust air:

In addition to extracting thermal energy from exhaust air, the waste heat from mine water can also be recycled and utilized. The water inflow in mines usually contains a large amount of waste heat energy, which can be recovered through waste heat recovery technology for heating or other purposes.

The recovery and utilization of waste heat from exhaust air mainly includes two applications. The residual heat in the exhaust air can be transferred to the working medium in the heat pump circulation system through equipment such as heat exchangers, thereby improving the efficiency of the heat pump system and further enhancing the heating effect. Secondly, the waste heat in the exhaust air can also be exchanged with other media (such as air, water, etc.) through heat exchangers and other devices, transferring the waste heat to the media that needs to be heated, achieving energy reuse.
